My Auntie Vera is coming!

I'm so excited! Next weekend, my Auntie Vera will be coming because she has an interpreters convention thing with my dad. I'm really hoping to get to see her and spend time with her. She will get to see my apartment :D I hope that Auntie Georgina can come soon so she can see my apartment. I think she is coming in December. Yipee! Sorry I haven't been posting on my blog that much, I've been really busy with school because I want to spend my time reading and studying. But on weekends I try to post but we end up doing family stuff or visiting my Grandma. At 12:30 my friend will be coming over so I will check you comments tomorrow.

New life at school

Hey Salem people. Remember when I was at Salem, I was all weird. And I know people didn't feel comfortable and like me. But throw that Megan away, because I've changed. What do I do when I'm bored?

Hmm, that's a little hard to answer: What do I do when I'm bored?

Well, homework first! I either chat with my friends online, or play games. And in the evening time right before bed I have a little time to write creative stories!
I usually go to my cousin; Helen, and I play Sims at her house.
Sims is a game in real-life. It's a game when you can use creativity and imagination! In the game I'm 19 and my name is Joey (Josefina) and I work at City Hall. Jamie's name is Hiei, I named him after a kid in this show that's SO COOL! He's ten years old (remember this is not for real). Helen is Sally and she's 6 years old (normal age) and she just stays home all day. Jamie (Hiei) and Helen (Sally) have their own phones so they can call me if there's an emergency! I love playing that game... it's so fun.

Hey, everybody who is checking my blog!!! I'm just gonna say "HAPPY MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY!!!" I hope everybody is celebrating.

I wrote a speech about Martin Luther King Jr. and memorized it, then, I said it in front of my whole class at school! I asked my teacher to grade it, and she gave me an A-minus. I was so close to getting an A-plus though. So, everybody did a speech. And the speech was worth 40 points. But I got 38 points.

My Speech for Martin Luther King Jr:

Hello, my name is Megan Ortiz. My speech project inspired me because I always wanted to tell everybody how I feel so I can make a difference and make things better. Well, it all started out when I heard this quote from Martin Luther King Jr. : “The time is right to do what is right.” And that reminded me that ever since I was in 1^st grade I always wanted to make a difference for the future.

I know that Martin Luther King Jr. was a very noble man because I agree with what he said “The time is right to do what is right” and I know that we can do that too. I have three special things that are important to me and you.

Number 1: I would persuade people to recycle more and concentrate at school. Don’t you want our future to be clean and nice? I think so! I want to be a nice, obedient, and a smart girl! I would support my family and make them proud!

Number 2: I also want to respect my friends and family the same way. I do not have a favorite, I like everyone the same and I treat everybody the same. I felt bad for the people at the time of Martin Luther King Jr’s speech, because the white and black were treated differently. But from now on I’m gonna treat everybody the same way.

Number three: I am gonna change the future into a better place! I know that the time is right, to do what is always truly right. So we should always try to do what we believe is right. I hope everybody will feel the same way as me. Let’s make the world a better place for everybody. I think that is what Martin Luther King Jr. wanted.

Several Things

Hey everybody! (I hope people are checking my blog). OK, I have a lot of things to tell you about what happened this week. So first, I wanna tell you about we being student of the week! Not just for our classroom for the WHOLE ENTIRE SCHOOL!!!!! And my name and picture was on the wall!

4th Grade Room C211: Megan has many talents. The reason behind her success is her ability to set a reasonable goal and then plan the steps she will take to accomplish it. Megan chooses to get an "A" on her weekly math test. She studies each night and asks for help when she needs it. Megan takes the time and the hard work to make sure that she accomplishes her goal.

Hey everybody! I'm so so so so so so happy! Thanksgiving is coming up! And guess what........ I'M GOING TO L.A. TO GO VISIT YOU GUYS!!!! I am so so so so excited! I'm gonna eat a big turkey, and mashed potatoes, and lots and lots of more! I hope you guys have a fun thanksgiving too!

Halloween Festival

Happy Halloween (the font says)! I had so so so fun at the Halloween Fall Festival! I played almost all of the games and I played Tic Tac Toe, Whole in One, Caroyln Clark Tattoo, Lollipop pull, Pumpkin bowling and lots and lots of more!!! It was a blast I felt like it was like a fun, but noisy and really amazing day! I thought it was very very excellent! My teacher says when you write you have to do more showing and less telling! When I was arriving I was so so noisy I bet that the whole neighborhood could hear me! I was so excited! I wish I could go there every single day! I think that was the best day since I was new to Caroyln A. Clark School!

Caroyln A. Clark Elementry SCHOOL

Hey everybody! I am loving my new school in Caroyln Clark! It's so fun there. I learned new things and I made new friends and I learned a lot of stuff! I am never gonna stop reading the Warriors Series because it is about adventure and legendary Cats of the Clans. I am reading at my school! And when we talk about Science or Social Studies and anything else I always take out a small notebook and take notes. So when I have a test I can study my notes to pass and get an A-plus!!! Caroyln Clark is a very nice school because there are many fun things and really good teachers that teach you a lot of things. Everyday you go to school you learn a new thing.

A fantastic weekend

Hi everyone! Last weekend I went minigolfing. But this week I went to the movies at 1:05 and
saw Alpha and Omega!!! Also I had a BBQ with bread and grilled peppers with chicken, and all the kids were riding there bikes and scooters. It was so so fun! And maybe on Sunday I will go to the minicooper place and buy a mini cooper! Or we will just drive it around a little bit. Well, I miss you guys and hope to see you soon.

I woke up one day, and remembered it was Sunday! I knew I was going to the fun and amazing Minigolf. I was so happy. I hope you guys can come with me. New School

Hi everybody, I miss you guys a lot! I'm going to a new school! It's called Carolyn Clark Elementry School, in the Bay Area. School will start on Wednesday. I am looking forward to meeting new friends and teachers.

Life in San Jose

Hey everybody! I'm writing about life in San Jose. There were a lot of things like I went to the park with my brother, went to a painting craft store, candy stores and more!!! It was a very nice time!!!

The New Bird

I was in the car with my mom just now, and I saw a bird with something in its mouth. I wondered what was in there. Was it a bread, fish, crumb, twig, or leaf? But when he finally set it down I saw what it was. It was a baby newborn bird, and that really made me happy! It was a new nature that was born in this world! It was just this little baby. learning how to fly! I was very very very very very happy about what just happened! Now that little bird will grow up and make a new nature. But first it has to learned to be raised by it's mother!!!

Mother's Day!

I can't believe Mother's Day, I cant believe it!!! It came so fast! It made me wonder, why is there always a Fathers Day and a Mothers Day. Why cant there be a Kids Day? But now its all about Mothers Day! Everybody loves Mothers, cause they raise you, and there the ones who love you and the ones who are your guidance! Actually mothers are your life, they go everywhere you go in you dreams, life's, visions, there the ones who go everywhere! Oh, so that's what Mothers Day are for! The day is all about moms and how you remember there love! Well, of course they love you all the time!!!
